My aim was to create a report that offered a clear snapshot of menopause in the workplace in 2023. The plan was to combine expert insights and data to guide businesses on how to create menopause-friendly environments, in order to shift the narrative, positioning menopause not as a problem, but as an empowering life stage where women bring valuable experience and wisdom to organisations.
The report used desk research and quantitative analysis, a robust online survey. We also interviewed 8 influential experts, whose comments helped shape the report’s findings and recommendations.
The report generated over 200 downloads and 3.2% organic social media engagement, creating buzz and visibility. It became a key asset in growing Perspectus Global's Women's Health sector, leading to new business wins with brands focusing on women’s health.
This success highlighted the importance of addressing menopause in the workplace while driving business growth through data-led storytelling.
