But working inside agencies also revealed a common blind spot. We spend our time shining a light on clients, while barely shining one on ourselves beyond the obligatory new business win release or annual award entry.
That matters because agencies need visibility too - to build credibility, attract better briefs, win talent and stay front of mind in a crowded market.
In late 2024, I launched my own consultancy to solve that problem. I work with agencies and founders to turn great work, sharp thinking and genuine expertise into publicity that drives growth.
