As director-lead of Perspectus Global, I oversaw the development and publication of Art of the Workplace, a report commissioned by Brookfield Properties in partnership with The School of Life.
The report aimed to explore the correlation between workplace arts and employee wellbeing and productivity.
We conducted qualitative and quantitative research with 3,000 workers and collaborated with Dr. Craig Knight, Doctor of Workplace Psychology, to analyse the data. Key findings revealed that access to arts and culture in the workplace significantly improves creativity, contentment, and social wellbeing.
The report's launch generated widespread interest, with a lively event attended by key stakeholders and media representatives.
The campaign resulted in more than 10 pieces of coverage in both trade and consumer press, reinforcing the importance of arts in work environments.
Social media engagement was strong, creating a buzz around the findings and sparking discussions about enhancing office spaces to support creativity and employee satisfaction.
